EVALUATION OF RESIDENTIAL SAFETY BASED ON A SURVEY OF RESIDENTS OF BIAŁA PODLASKA COUNTY

The paper presents the results of a study on Biała Podlaska country residents' perceived sense of safety in their place of residence. The survey, carried out in 2008, covered 1097 respondents, both men and women, residents of rural and urban areas in Biała Podlaska county. The results of the survey suggest that the majority of dwellers of Biała Podlaska county feel safe in their place of residence.
