Przedmiot i cel pracy: Celem niniejszego opracowania jest ocena indyjsko-francuskiej współpracy dwustronnej w regionie Indo-Pacyfiku. W tym opracowaniu podjęto próbę wskazania głównych obszarów współpracy między Indiami i Francją. Dokonano też oceny „mapy drogowej”, czyli planu działań na rzecz szerszej strategii „Partnerstwa na rzecz parków w regionie Indo-Pacyfiku”. Materiały i metody: Wykorzystano podejście empiryczne, aby ustalić, na ile współpraca indyjsko-francuska osiąga zamierzony cel. Ponadto, aby przetestować prawdziwość przyjętej hipotezy, niniejsze opracowanie odpowiada na następujące pytania badawcze: Jakie partnerstwa dwustronne realizują te dwa kraje w celu pogłębienia szeroko zakrojonej współpracy? Dlaczego region Indo-Pacyfiku jest centralną osią partnerstwa indyjsko-francuskiego? Indie i Francja – w celu pogłębienia współpracy – strategicznie ukierunkowały swoje dwustronne partnerstwo na regiony Pacyfiku i Oceanu Indyjskiego. Wyniki: Dwustronne partnerstwo między Indiami a Francją w ciągu ostatniej dekady nabrało ogromnego dynamizmu. Oba kraje wykazują większą zbieżność stanowisk w kontekście bezpieczeństwa morskiego i współpracy handlowej w regionie Indo-Pacyfiku. Wnioski: Uznano, że Indie i Francja potrzebują głębszego partnerstwa w regionie Indo-Pacyfiku, aby przyspieszyć rozwój handlu i biznesu na obszarach morskich.
