ABSTRACT
Subject and purpose of work: The market success of an organization is based on its unique features that distinguish it from its competitors. It can be the result of as many factors as there are types of organizations and the goals they pursue. The aim of the article is to present the possibilities of applying the idea of the turquoise form of management in organizations with strong leadership based on knowledge. Materials and methods: The subject of the research was medical entities from the SME group. The research technique was a direct and telephone interview with a person holding a leadership role in the treatment unit. Results: An attempt was made to verify the thesis about the possible synergy of turquoise ideas and strong leadership. Conclusions: A natural evolution of the leadership model was demonstrated, resulting from the Y and Z generations entering the labor market, characterized by features similar to the turquoise management concept.
